
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. If you'll be redeeming a Gift Certificate, please note that in your reservation.
Appointment Confirmation
• All appointments must be confirmed in advance to secure your session.
Deposits
• A 50% deposit is required for all bookings.
• For group reservations (3–4 people), a higher deposit may be required.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations require at least 12 hours’ notice.
• Evening cancellations for next-morning appointments will be considered last-minute, as there is not enough time to accommodate another client.
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
Late Arrivals
• Each appointment is reserved exclusively with one of our professional therapists.
• Please arrive on time, as therapists may have back-to-back clients.
• Late arrivals may shorten your session, while the full service fee will still apply.
